Receive official admission letter. For KU Leuven, apply via KU Loket. Other unis have their own portals. EEC coordinates submissions across all platforms.

Apply at Belgian consulate. Fee: €60. Attach admission letter, financial proof (€650/month), health insurance, and accommodation proof.

Arrive & Register

Within 8 days of arrival, register at local Commune (town hall). Receive residence card. Mandatory for all non-EU students — do not miss this step.
